This is something I’ve always talked about…just because you eat very little does not mean you will lose weight. It’s actually quite damaging to your body, and causes you to gain more weight.
Eat healthy and make sure you eat enough to cover your daily caloric needs. Contact me to find out how to figure out how much you need to consume per day. Also remember to let yourself eat what you’re craving once in awhile, you can’t cut out everything. Just gotta moderate a bit.
