Mission Statement
I’m looking to share my knowledge about health and fitness; it’s been a major part of my life and has shaped what my life has become. I’m constantly trying to create safe and effective programs for my clients. There is nothing better than finishing a challenging workout, it feels great! My goal for each client is to help them get the most out of each workout. Whether it’s losing/gaining weight, strength training, cardio, or if it’s just to be consistent in the gym. There is a mind and body connection when it comes to exercise and eating right, and I’d like to help achieve that.

“I am, by no means, athletic. I was the captain of the swimming team in high school and I did a little bit of running for a spirit organization, but past that, my athleticism is nil.
