24 hours in a day, 8,760 hours in a year…yet somehow many people don’t have time to take care of themselves. There is all this technology that is suppose to make our lives easier, yet one of the most important things gets overlooked…our health.
All you need is at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, 4-5 times a week. You don’t even need a gym membership either! There are plenty of things to do, just by using you’re own body weight. It’s a good start for anyone and you can do it just about anywhere!
Nutrition is also a big factor, and this will require a little more time due to planning and prepping. But once you get things rolling, it becomes habit. That habit will be the best thing that you can do for yourself.
What’s the point of buzzing around all the time trying to do things that you think are important. If you can’t slow down a bit and take the time to take care of yourself. You may not be around long if you keep that up.
